You will need a chipped OBD1 ECU (Most OBD1 ECUs can be chipped to control VTEC, even if from factory they cannot), a OBD0-OBD1 conversion harness, an OBD1/OBD2 distributor, and a 4-wire O2 sensor (unless the chip is programmed to accept the 1-wire sensor.
