what honda comes stock with 10 inch brakes?

Are you looking for the HUB, or the brake disc, or the entire knuckle? What does the axle going through the spindle have to do with the disc diameter?
But you can find 10.xx" discs in that bolt pattern on 98-02 4-cyl Accords.
If its for a Civic, just use brakes from an ITR (11")...ITR calipers, with disc from a 92-96 Prelude VTEC, redrilled to 4 x 100. I say use these discs because they are 4-bolt to begin with, so you won't have any overlapping holes like you do when you redrill 5-bolt discs.

spec-R brake are 11 inch rotor and RS pad dont fit. you need ITR

Wrong. 96 Spec-R's brake setup is the EXACT same as USDM GSR, but 4 x 114 bolt pattern. 97+ Type-R are all 11" with 5 x 114. :bigup:

The hub has nothing to do with the brakes...Unless you want to change the hub in order to have more accessible brake options. In which case just get some 94-01 teg or 92-95 Civic hubs, swap em out with new bearings, and call it a day.
You can use GSR rotors redrilled to 4 x 114...or, you can use the Accord rotors. I am not sure if the rotor offset is the same, but worst case scenario you can return the Accord rotor after trying it!
