videotron?

Is it just me or is videotron going down everynight at 4am for about 5 minutes then it comes and go at about 5 minutes intervals...and I don't know when it finishes because I go to sleep..

da **** is going on....

Why don't you call their 24/7 technical support service when the problem occurs ?
