Alright guys I'm looking to rent a 4 1/2 apartment (2 bedrooms) in st-lambert or longueil (has to be close to the metro; walking distance preferably).

My budget is 800 max with heating and hot water included. Parking space also has to be available. I will have a roommate as well we are both non-smokers.

Need a place for june 1st so if you know of anything post it up please!

tiffin street near college champlain...or there on dollard street in longueuil my friend found a 5 1/2 for 640$/month... there are some ready for rent i think ;)

oh i forgot...better have a sensible alarm on your car...just a little piece of advice if you plan on sleeping at night...

the big buildings right near the metro, they go for a little over 800, heat lectricity and parking included, they also have an indoor pool and probably other neat stuff ;p

you should check it out, you will not find any cheaper!

Is it really that bad?

I've looked into those but most of them are out of my price range

BTW do any of you know the best way to find apartments for rent in these areas? (websites, newspapers etc...)

Right infront of the IGA (the street between the McDonalds and the M&M's/DryCleaners) I have a friend who pays 500$ for a 4 1/2 with 1 outdoor parking spot and it's not a bad place.

yes it is that bad ...with my last civic the alarm went on every 2 nights or so....they don't touch my skyline tho...
