What are your favorite Iphone/touch applications?

I'm finally pulling the trigger on a Ipod Touch G2 16gig now that the jailbreak is out.

So what are your favorite application, the must have application?
 
1) Dynolicious
2) Little pocket tank game
3) Touch hockey like Manu said
4) Trackpad one is cool

Remote (best when u have AirPort Express, got 3 so it's amazing when u got a party and want to control music and location it plays)
Shazam
ShopShop
RDP/VNC
 
Categories - definitely cleans up the spring board
WifiTrak - easily finds all available WiFi networks
BeejiveIM - Great MSN tool
JaaduVNC - to remote desktop my PC, great app
obviously Cydia, Installer and the king of kings = Installous

got too many apps to think of
 
what repos do you guys use?

i've recently added xsellize which is good for cracked apps.

any other recommendations?

how do i shot web... i mean how do i jailbreak lolz is there a site where they show step by step instruction and the app i need to jailbreak it like the quickpwn.??
