Critique my website?

Hey guys,

Just would like some feedback on this website I've been working on. It's roughly 50% complete with many backend stuff still not working (SMTP trust issues for example). Any feedback, be it good or bad is appreciated. Also note, every single content is just used as a place holder.

the layout is not bad imo but i would change the theme of the layout (the whole pencil/school stuff)

What is this website about?

Dont think it's https, try this: fill in the Contact US form and check the E-mail a copy of this message to your own address the admin is able to get the E'mail but the user filling it in does not. Im pretty sure I just gotta tell my smtp server to trust the linux box.

Website is strictly for fun and learn. I want to be able to setup a linux box, install db/web server and configure joomla with my eyes closed. Rough ride, but I think im getting there.

Ultimately I want a blog with Facebook Connect doing the authenticating and building up user database. I got this almost working (it's disabled atm) - Facebook users can cross authenticate with my website but there's a few bugs I gotta solve.
