buTT: new spoiler?

So i've never been too fond of the spoiler that came with my TT, and since i have the itch to do something to my car now i was thinking of switching it up!

I've always liked the Sportec spoiler and have yet to see a TT with it besides the Sportec model car pictured below.

I find that its subtle and flows well and kind of "grounds" the car giving it a lower/wide look...

what do you all think?

I actually ordered it today, and made this thread/poll because i was having second thoughts....hmmm (i may cancel the order tomorrow, ill have to sleep on it!)

yeah i like the OEM 3.2 spoiler, thought about it before, but id rather just keep my current one in that case. I like the Sportec because its different and havnt seen it. Thats also the problem i have little to base it on... it looks like it flows well with the lines of the TT, my only concern is the 3 piece design, which might present a weird gap to avoid rubbing when the trunk is opened. Furthermore, i like how it extends over the taillights, but at the same time it might look ackward from the side...

The Sportec kind off has an RS4esk to it, how the trunk and rear quarters extrude beyond the taillights...hmm

Rudy, go 4 Sportec. It's different, not flashy. Nice style & most of all has OEM look to it.

So I finally decided to keep my order for the Sportec. Today i get an email from them, thought it was tracking info, rather it said that they have none in stock and no longer make it.... So basically my chances of finding one are slim to none, oh well guess this ideas out.

yeah sucks big time... but for some reason they charged my card after the fact (reputable shop in UK, so they're not trying to screw me) maybe somehow they found one in stock, i emailed them back to see what the case is or to make sure to reverse the charges... fingers crossed!
