I'm currently using these but feel I can get something better. I know posture has a lot to do with discomfort and I think I've corrected all issues. Right now I'm looking for the best mouse that can reduce carpal tunnel and other related pains.
What do you use?

the most ergonomical mouse are the "side" mouse

my mom is using one similar to this. i hate it. it is hard to get used to the shape but you shouldn't have proble with your wrist

I have microsoft optical mouse 2 and it's not bad. Best ergonomic mouse i tried was MX revolution but it has too many buttons for my liking.

regular mouse are not good for carpal tunnel problem because of the angle of your wrist.

you can also try to move your whole arm not just your hand ( the mouse i posted and this helped my mom a lot before she got her surgery)

trackball still exist, i always have trackball in my servers rack.

Less place, never move, it's perfect!

I use a Razer Deathadder and must say it is the most precise and confortable mouse I have yet to use. used to have a logi G7.

but the microsoft natural mouse looks damn confortable

As for Charles River... They're a big supplier of research animals, and they're often cited in scientific journals.

It's customary to include any and all external references to your experiment to facilitate peer review. For example "Fifteen SKH-1 mice were acquired (Charles River, Troy, NY) and were fed Purina JL 6F diet (Purina Corp., City, State) for two weeks prior to [...]".

They have offices around the world, one in Pointe-Claire.
