Internet for under 20$

Im looking for an internet provider in Montreal that offers service for 15-20$ a month. Does not have to be unlimited downloads or anything. As long as its reliable and does not occupy the phone line.

Any suggestions?
 
Anyone try Roger's wireless internet ?

It is not $20, but if you have a small business you can use it between your business and home and it will work out to be under $20/month.

Their speeds are weird.

Not as stable as my old provider, sometimes faster.

Oh and i was lied to, their tech support is only reachable by email, 2 emails so far and they haven't called me back after a week's time, i'm about to call the urgency line.
 
^ I found the same thing, sometimes its great sometimes its mediocre...most times it was semi.......the price is unbeatable though!

was with them for 2 years, cancelled this year
