who can do it. it looks like its sandblasted and i dont want to replace the oem one

Bah, il existe le kit DiamondLite mais ca va revenir à comme 80$ plus la polisseuse si tu en a pas. Puis, les résultats ne sont pas garantie! ( je voulais m'achete rle kit mais les reviews sont tellement partagé que j'ai laissé tombé)
Deuxième option: un Windshield Brand New se vend autours de 150$ + installation ( dépend de ton auto.. pour un mazda3 c'est 90$!). Donc t'es mieux selon moi de le changer

just take a buffer and get the right window cleaner and go crazy then remove it. Replacing the window is expensive and risky. Like you said future rust problems and so on
