Like the title says, I'm selling a Blue Dry bar light that is an electrostatic generator. The light's in like new condition having only seen about 40hours of use.

No, the bottle has a neon bulb inside to light it and the glass chamber is sealed.

I got this when I was working at a bar downtown from the Labatt rep.
