This client was referred to me by a very reputable detailer. The client had his car for 7 months and had it washed once by a brush automated car wash. Some scratches were also done on the hood, sides and roof. The roof scratches were just too deep (primer).
The rear bumper was also damaged with a strong detergent, but since this car is barely new I suggested the client a regular polish (3 step) and intensive polish (multi-step) on the hood to correct the scratches. Thankfully this wasn't a German car, otherwise it would have taken an intensive polish to do the same correction.
I knew this car had great shine, but wasn't expecting such detail to reflection since this car was really damaged.
So here are the pics and they'll speak from themselves.
Some light holograms caused during delivery, very common.
The sides were most damaged due to dirtier brushes. Usually, the side brushes pick up dirt from wheels and make a mess like this:

The rear bumper, either acid was sprayed in the back, or just a strong mix of detergent.
