help bring my paint back to life

I have a 1999 black Accord and the body is in pretty good shape, very minimal rust and only a couple little dings. The paint has alot of surface scratches like swirl marks all over and isnt very shiny. What is the best procedure to go about bring life back to the paint, im thinking a compound and wax but im not a detailing expert so id like a second opinion. Thanks in advance :bigup:

There's nothing like a good polish 'n wax to bring back oxided clear coat back to life!
