1996 Eagle Talon for sale.
After six years on this car, its tiime to let it go, I have a new project and too many toys.
I own a garage specializing in Eagle Talons, so everything done on this car was done right.
the car has 160xxxKM but only about 150km since a complete teardown and rebuild.
Anything that needed to be done has been done.
Here are the specs.
Engine:
2.0L six bolt, completely torn down and inspected, Balance shafts removed, NEW headgasket, NEW ARP headstuds, re-gasket almost all of the engine, NEW timing belt NEW timing belt tensioner. Engine has perfect 150psi compression. at 27psi of boost, datalogs show 45-48 lbs/min of airflow (about 450 crank hp) so It's a safe bet to say at least 350 wheel horsepower on a very conservitive tune. Engine running 15w40 Royal Purple synthetic oil

NEW Bully stage 3, 6 puck clutch kit and machined flywheel.
Transmission was opened , inspected and filled with Redline MTL Oil.
Transfer case was opened inspected and filled with Royal Purple Max Gear oil.
Rear Differential was opened inspected and filled with Royal Purple Max Gear oil.
Rear diff bushings in great condition.
Suspension And Brakes:
Lowered 2 inches on Goldline springs, the ride is very comfortable.
Shocks in good condition.
NEW front Calipers
NEW front PBR brake pads
All bushings and joints inspected and in good condition.
ABS module deleted.
Interior.
Grey cloth.
AEM wideband Gauge, (conected to ECM link)
Stewart Warner 40 psi boost gauge
Autometer Oil pressure gauge.
Sparco steering wheel
Airbags Deleted.
Sony CD player
NEW Powerbass rear 6x9 speakers
New 245-45-17 Champiro 328 tires.
Carbon fibre hood
Body has all mouldings shaved and an eclipse front and rear conversion
Custom front tow hooks
Im sure I forgot alot of stuff,
The car is turn key and runs very well, in all weather, BUT HAS NOT been winter driven since I own it (2005). I have been working on DSM's for almost 15 year professionaly, and this car was my baby, I am in no hurry to sell, so lowball offers will be ignored. I want 9000$
Also note that I can add any type of modification you want before delivery for an added price.
