Ya i saw the site its pretty wack !!!!
Theres a guy i think that works there he has a dodge omni i raced him once with the vr6.... It was a bad idea...

Anyhow what are the performance gains on a ported and polished head for a mk4 2.0 ???
Ported into what 2.1/2.2/8.0 ?????

To port and polish the head you are looking at $500-$600 range try laminar or auto sin-may in the shops section of the site.

TK Motion specializes in this....they ARE the best! Worth the Xtra $ if it even is more expensive...which i doubt!

My buddy got it done on his '94 GTI with a cam and it didn't do THAT much. They did a very nice job though. However my opinion is on that car it's not worth it. On a Honda however, it is.

im going tomorrow during my break in schoool
the guy told me he can build my whole block for a good price!!

Hey Guys...

If you want to get your head proted at TKMotion let me know.. Tom and I are very good friends, he loves doing all kinds of heads not just V8's... he did the head on mine B18b, this is what he did.. the car has GREAT low-end and the hi-end kicks like a v-tec

oversized tb, port matched intake manifold (tb to manifold and manifold 2 head) intake ports where opended up to gasket size, vales where unshrouded (I think that how you write it;) ) , valves got a 3 angle job..

I must say that the whole job was done in 1 week and the quality is #1

So if you care to get some head work done let me know cuz I can hook you up! Oh yeah bring only the head not the car!

Oh I forgot to mention, they are super nice guys really pumped about racing. I can imagine them telling stories about 323turbo. They love sleepers.

b18b> how much did you pay for your work, did you replace anything in your head while you got the work done (seats, guides, valves, springs) or did you keep everything stock? I've got cams ready to drop in, I'm waiting till next spring, and I'm thinking of just getting some headwork done at the same time. What throttle body did you use, where did you get it how much? Thanks
