LF: Best price on motherboard,cpu,cooler and ram combo

Im looking for a good price (new items only) on these parts:

Intel 2500k(220$ free shipping on newegg)
G-Skill 1600mhz 2x4gb(8gb kit)(82$ on newegg)
ASUS P8P67-m pro rev 03 motherboard(around 150$ and lower)
CM 212+ cpu cooler(30$ OOS on newegg)

Everything shipping included included and all goes for around 500$ total on newegg.

only reason i can even ever match newegg's prices is because i buy +/- $2500 a month of computer parts myself.
like most IT people nowadays i make very little money on parts. it's all about the service.

I mostly asked because i dont like buying off the net and sending back stuff if i have problems and such and most of my local stores either have nothing interesting in stores or they have awful prices(St-Jérome).
I would probably get those parts installed since im not patient enough to do the whole unplugging everything,derouting wires,removing old parts,installing new parts,re-routing wires and plugging everything back together properly.
Anyways im just checking around deals and such, not decided yet.
