FS: Computer Parts(CPU, mobo, RAM, HDD, CD/DVD rom)

I recently upgraded my rig and I got all these spare parts that I want to get rid of.

E4600 Core2Duo CPU @ 2.4Ghz $50
40GB Seagate 5400rpm IDE HDD $5
HP CD/DVD Rom $5
Rosewill RC-402 LAN Card 10/ 100Mbps PCI 1 x RJ45 $10

Everything is in functional order and you are welcome to come test it out before buying.
The mobo can detect 4gb of ram but needs a BIOs update, otherwise it will detect 3.25gb out of 4gb.

I ran victoria hardware test on both HDDs and not a single dead or erroneous sector found.

In regards to rosewill LAN card. I bought it because the lan on my new motherboard refused to work properly.
Upon installing it I was pissed off to discover that nothing had changed and it was in fact microsoft's security essentials network protection problem.
I paid a little over $21 for it @ newegg so if you need an extremely small profile PCI network adapter this is it.

Altogether I'm looking for $140 for the whole package but I'm willing to take offers. Low ballers will be ignored.

Found a buyer for the mobo, need to get rid of the cpu so I'm setting the price to $50 for it
