no receipt but the receipt only serve to change the date of purchase for the serial number which is useless since the unit came out less than 2 weeks ago, so warranty is automatically 1 year since launch date. You can call them to confirm.

450 is the price plus taxes which should be near 512$. You save 62$ right away and also you gotta keep in mind the price is ajusted for montrealeacing lowballers so you know you can save a bit more.
