LF laptop repair shop or tech

Hi
im looking for a good laptop repair shop or a certified tech guy that has the resource to fully repair my laptop (meaning that HAS THE TOOLS AND can get parts if necessary ) .
My laptop is broken , probably something wrong in the motherboard , it does not turns on now .
Great if the shop or you are in Vaudreuil-Dorion , the West Island or near by .

I know a place on begin street in VSL...very good guy and great prices, it might be your power plug on the motherboard that needs to be re-soldered depending on how old your laptop is...happened to my dell and it only cost me 50 bucks IIRC

edit: its called e-Tek before pc recycle
 
yes thats what I mean, THE POWER JAK ON THE MOTHERBOARD, not the power supply plug...thats what happened to my old laptop here is the pic of what I mean

The DC jack where you plug the power supply into usually ends up coming loose on alot of laptops.

Its a common problem on notebooks.

If that's that case it's not expensive to fix and requires a soldering / reflow job to reconnect the jack into place.

If it's anything else, diagnosing a motherboard and figuring out where the problem lies can take hours and is usually not worth fixing.
If it's not the AC jack, it's usually cheaper to go online and order another motherboard rather than diagnosing and fixing the issue.
