Anyone here have a B20 in there civs or tegs? What would a shortblock go for around here... Thanks
 
I have a friend that ran yesterday with B20Z (99 or 2000 and has 9.8 to 1 compression versus the 97 98 B20B that run 9 to 1) with SIR head and tranny in a 92 civic hatch and he ran a 13.80 at 101 mph. I think that's very good considering this was all motor with no nitrous or power adders. If your interested I have a B20 for sale. your motor, is it a B20B or B20Z?
 
The motor is a B20B with low miles. I've never seen a GSR swap in a civic run 13.80, when did you see that??? Normaly, GSR swaps run 14.70 to 14.50 if you run na.
 
Theres a white hatch(ludfi) who runs high 13s
on nitrous he hits aprox 12.60.slicks of course
and ive seen others.
 
Yes I've seen several run 13s but not on just motor. My friend with his B20Z with sir head and tranny ran a 13.80 at 101mph on just motor, no nitrous, no turbo, nothing. I've never seen a GSR swap in a civic run 13 secs with just motor.

Sorry I thought you ment with the nitrous he ran high 13s. Good for him but you have to admit that most guys with B18C1 swaps run like high 14s.
