nismo shift knob

my shift knob broke somehow, it won't tighten, the threads inside got messed up, long story short, i need a knew knob.

aftermarket would be ok, however i HATE those three screw types, they dont stay on. so i want one that threads onto my stock threading.
i know nismo ones do.
however, i dont know where i can get nismo parts...
are there any local shops that can get what i need?
