j'aimerai avoir les commentaire de tout ceu qui ont des sr20det ou qui ont
essayer un ou des sr20det

-les point techniques
-appreciation personnel
-petit truc

tu devrait essayer le site www.npclub.com le monde en connaisse plus sur se moteur...

t'en qua moi je suis en projet... j'ai une nx 2000 pis je suis en train de la préparer pour mettre mon DET .... j'ai hate pcq je suis comme toi ..

j'ai vraiment jamais essayer un sr20det mais j'ai entendue que des coté positif... moi too je reste a laval ... si ta des question ben tu peu mes poser ... sinon je travail au garage Durocher et fils proche du boul. dagenais ... angle mtée montrougeau...

bref je suis en train de remonter mon moteur j'ai commander mes piston et tout .. j'attend après...

si ya des question tu peu mes poser.....
 
pour les questions tout est ok

j'ai un speed shop et j'installe des sr20det et autre moteur.

ce que je veut savoir c'est les commentaires des gens
si ils sont satisfaient de leur machine et si il avait des choses a changer ca serait quoi

moi, a datte, j'adore mon sr20 mais j'aimerai changer un peu la ligne de power, a la place de peaker a 6000rpm
j'aimerais qu'il peak a 6500-7000rpm qui me donnerais plus de temps de full power, donc je pourrais changer les cams et jouer un peu avec le timing du cam d'intake.

tu en a fais combien jusqua present?

ta facon de penser avec ce moteur montre que tu le connais pas tres bien. que tu connais meme pas les moteurs turbo superbe. si tu veux changer ta ligne de power quesqui donne tellement de puissance au sr20det? pense un peux ca aide des fois..

Le probleme....c'est le T25, y respire pas asser pour que le moteur aille asser d'air @7000RPM

Change pour un plus gros turbo et ca va aider ton probleme! (et aussi un bon intercooler et pipe bien fait)

Les cams c'est bien (j'avais des HKS Step 1 Intake + Exhaust 264 degree, + cams gear ajustable) mais ca fait perdre du low-end... upgrade pour un Garett GT25R et ton powerband va etre solid jusqu'a 7500RPM.

D'accord avec toi robin, mais t'es meme pas oblige d'aller chercher ca comme turbo... un bon T28 BALL BEARING va te donner en masse de puissance tout en restant fiable! :)

ce que je veu savoir c'est vos idee, vos opinions,
bref, je veu parler pour parler a propos des sr20det
pas bitcher les idees des autres ou insulter les autres
(sspikey).

en bout de ligne que tout le monde en sorte avec plus de connaissance.

j'ai deja un turbo de s15 je vien de l'acheter.
je cherche aussi des injecteurs 550 et un maf de z32
je me suis aussi commander un greddy emanage,
je le suggere fortement
et je pensse mettre les cams hks avec les rocker arm stopper.
peut etre port & polish, angle valve job,spring et guide de valve.

Le post de sspikey étais très bien je croit. Un proprio de speed shop qui installe des SR20 devrais au moins savoir la base et c'est ce que sspikey a dit tout simplement. Il n'a peut etre pas la meilleure méthode pour le dire mais bon...

Et tu suggere fortement le E-Manage pour l'avoir installer et tester sur plusieurs sr20det ou si tu l'a lu sur internet. A ce que je sache le sr20 le plus rapide au quebec, qui est aussi la voiture appartenant a celui qui a fait le plus de swap de ce moteur au quebec, utilise un ECU Almasi tuning, qui est, jusqu'a maintenant la meilleure qualitée de produit disponible ici. Je ne dit pas ca en lair, J'ai tester quelques voitures équipées de son systeme et j'ai été très surpris.

thank you for putting my words into something a bit more normal sounding. its cool to read forums and think because it works for someone else itll work for you but that is 95% of the time not the case. I never believe a S15 turbo could push 22 psi safely for so long until i saw it being done in real life. Why didnt i believe it? because internet forums said so that it couldnt happen or the engine would blow and blah blah blah. as a speed shop owner who does sr swaps you should not be asking the questions you should be answering them dont you think? E-manage sucks. get a Apex-I power FC. if your on a Budget get an almasi tuning computer. if you want get any of these then wait and save up your money. fuel enrichment will make you reliable. real power lies in timing changes
 
I kinda like the Morocain spicing things up all the time :flame: Let's face it, people will always have questions on the SR!!!! There's a new 240SX owner every day and he will experience what we've all experienced, LACK OF POWER!! *banghead* *banghead* *banghead* This will guide him eventually to the SR :D . Therefore, I can understand the repetitive questions since there's always someone new.

DO a search of his posts. I understand some users frustration with this user. He's new to the board, but didnt get off on the right foot. At least he's cooled down now, other havent, thats all.

Why am i being an ass? being everywhere, everyday SHITHOLE shops pope up saying they can do this, they are pros at that yet all i see coming outta MTL shops is jackshit. there are maybe 2 shops in this whole city i would allow anything i own into. and even then i would be a natzi and watch it. Hey he comes in saying he installs SR20s and has a shop? Any decent shop will know this info. I would hope a little 18 year old jerkoff like myself doesnt school shop owners. So what if i bust his balls abit. Im sure he thought of me and started doing some searches onlines and some research and actually thinking a little bit instead of being a "hmm it works for him works for me" idea or just having things handed to him. he wont ever learn. i didnt when i use to just ask. this summer especially thought me to think for myself, innovate and try new things. 95% of the time if you think properly you will achieve better than previous people have

this is probably ranting cuz its late, im tired and dont feel like proofreading

The amount of swaps made by someone can tell a lot about his experience on the subject. It can also tell a lot about the guy's knowledge about the engine. I simply asked him to prove to me that he knows what he's talking about.

de constructif,est ce que tu as deja mis té crisse de main sur un calisse de moteur a la con, la theorie n'est rien san la pratique.
