My sister drives a 96 Honda Accord EX, does she have a block heater?

I looked but couldnt really see much. In which area should I look?

If she bought it new and took the block heater as an option, then yes she has it.

A Block Heater Is An Accessory On Every Honda Car, Look At Your Engines Block, If Their Is A Block Heater It Should Be In One Of The Frost Plugs On The Engine.
