my friend is looking to buy mags & tires package new or used in good condition. Please give me suggestions on what would look good and if anybody has any for sale let me know

i have niche shoking shok 17" (silver w/polished lip) hankook ventus tires new(205/40/17) for sale if he's interested - i also have konig tantrums 17" (silver) only sell these if really interested tires are ultra hpr (205/40/17) about 50% tread left
