Bon, j'aurais besoin de votre avis/expériences.
Je possède un Honda 2011 qui est un véhicule accidenté-réparer aujourd'hui.

Mise en contexte; Suite à une inspection du système de climatisation de mon véhicule, j'ai un conduit qui perd de la pression... Suite à ce diagnostique du garagiste Honda, il se trouve que la fuite en question est causée par une présence de corrosion qui obstruait le point de remplissage.

Donc; présence de corrosion à l`intérieur du conduit alors que mon véhicule est un model 2011..... C`est un défaut prématuré!!! La garantie minimum à ce niveau est de 3 ans!!

Ensuite; le concessionnaire automobile me dit que je vais devoir débourser pour le conduit en question (+/- 350$$$) car mon véhicule est listé VGA ....
Bon jusque la, le concessionnaire à raison, car si le véhicule est listé VGA, ce n`est pas au concessionnaire d`honorer la garantie de la pièce défectueuse...

La pièce défectueuse en question est un défaut prématuré!! et j`ai un 3ans de garantie sur les pièces toujours valide.
Selon l`office de la protection du consommateur, si il y a un défaut prématuré, peu importe la garantie du contrat d`achat ou que le véhicule est déjà été accidenté (ce défaut ne doit avoir aucun lien avec l`accident), Honda Canada ce doit d`honorer ma garanti!! Même si je suis acquéreur subséquent, j`ai droit à cette garantie.

Je voulais savoir si il y a des gens sur MR qui ont déjà vécus une situation semblable et savoir aussi si vous avez eu gain de cause?
Je vous tien au courant du dénouement de cette histoire!

and from what I've understood, Smokey put the getrag 6-speed to the rear of the car to balance the weight distribution (at 4:50 in the video)
but how does that even work? how can you stick the transmission to the back of the car and not have it connected to the engine/how does gear changing work..
what about the clutch?
