Bought my first condo in griffintown.. will be delivered in +/- 10 months but I have to pick my colors next week ! Need MR help
Ceiling will be on concrete (it was concrete or stuco so choice was pretty easy)
I'm thinking upgrading to black bois d'ingenierie for 3.50$ / square feet ..(Thanks Slinky!) still debating on what color I should put the wardrobe & counter.
keep in mind wall would be more white'ish and ceiling in concrete !
Help out !! + if you have any furniture ideas go for it

Salut,
I don't really agree on that one!! I know that Slinko is very cautious about what materials he choses, what kind of furniture he buys, etc... but only buy the extra if you really like it and you plan to enjoy it for a while because it won't really add any market value. If you plan to resell it in the next 5-6 years!
Thanks for the input Nick ! I know I will buy nice appliances and move them if I later buy a house/penthouse. Will invest in stainless.
I think I agree with you on the bois d'ingénierie.. Just wondering how it would look with pale bois-flottant 9mm + darker concrete celing
I plan on living in it at least 3 years and renting it afterwards.
