Hit and run question

Hi guys,

This afternoon, when heading to my car I noticed my front bumper/lips/left fenders have been damaged. It happened probably during the night. I read on the saaq that you can file a claim but need a police report 1st within the 48h. I was wondering if anyone been through it. Do they assign their garage to do the repair or you can choose yours?

Well then you could go trough the saaq. You will need a police report and they will explain everything to you. There will be a deductible to pay to the saaq. For the rest I can't help you more than that

Watht would be the difference with a hit and NO run insurance wise ??
