Which of these tickets could hurt license or insurance rates?

CSR 31.1 12PRVR - Translation: Owner of a vehicle put it back into circulation when he had renounced it by notice to the SAAQ. $494
CSR 27 12AUVR - Translation: Holder of the proportional registration has not signed his registration certificate. $109
CSR 35 52COVR - Translation: Drove a road vehicle without having with him the insurance certificate provided for by the law on car insurance. $64
CSR 97 51COVR - Translation: Drove a vehicle without having his license with him. $64

We looked up demerits on the SAAQ site at https://saaq.gouv.qc.ca/en/drivers-licences/demerit-points/offences-and-demerit-points, but didn't find any of these.

None of those will give you demerit points.

Thanks! Are any ticket convictions without demerit points saved in the driver's SAAQ record? If so, I assume insurance companies could still use those to raise rates. If not, is the main issue simply the cost of the fines versus the time for court?

EDIT 1:

The SAAQ Driver's Record (English version) includes a section on:

PENALTIES IMPOSED UNDER THE HIGHWAY SAFETY CODE AND OTHER LAWS

THIS SECTION INCLUDES: ACTIVE OR PENDING PENALTIES; PENALTIES FOR DEMERIT POINTS ADDED IN THE
LAST TWO YEARS AND PENALTIES FOR CRIMINAL CODE OFFENCES ADDED IN THE LAST TEN YEARS;
ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT FOR DISTRACTED DRIVING ADDED IN THE LAST TWO
YEARS; AND OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE SUSPENSIONS WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT ADDED IN THE LAST THREE
YEARS, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF 24-HOUR SUSPENSIONS.

Does anyone know if infraction penalties without demarit points are included in ACTIVE OR PENDING PENALTIES?

EDIT 2:

Mon français n'est pas bon, mais je vais essayer: Est-ce que les pénalités d'infraction sans points de démérite sont incluses dans les PÉNALITÉS ACTIVES OU EN ATTENTE ?
