I would need a bunch of capacitors for that and some kind of triggering mechanism. But still I think one can be made that could potentially fit on my lancer.
I think that a spark gap generator would work best. Otherwise, you can mount a satellite dish on your Lancer.
Can you build me a portable Directional emp? I keep on seeing these radar detector/jammer threads and I thought why not just build an emp. I'm sure you could build one if you found some EMR physics guys.
