We don't have much in the way of details yet, but according to a report out of Germany, two Toyota test drivers died in a crash on highway 410 after veering into the oncoming lane and colliding with a BMW.

While the BMW driver survived, the two Toyota drivers died while testing the recently spied LFA Nurburgring Edition.

The report says that the driver was 67 years old, which leads us to believe that one of the casualties was Hiromu Naruse, Toyota's chief test driver, Akio Toyoda's personal driver and the Godfather of the LFA.

More information should be forthcoming.

doesnt look that bad, I wouldnt have thought it was fatal...unless they were really flying (but then I would have expected more damage)

Those stories are nice...

LEXUS LFA, THE MAN SLAYER!

On serious note, suck for toyoda, lost his test driver

Not much airbags in that test model LFA compared to the BMW, no brake skids either from either cars... RIP
