somehow uglier than the north american ones. Probably crappier too if that's even possible
 
1) Well hopefully someone can import jdms through mexico that would be sweet. But highly unlikely

2) Ricers will no longer have to pay for fenders with vents since the mexican cars will come fully equipped with bullet holes for extra hp :D

I was just reading on the RIV website. Such a car would fall into the "grey market" category and therefore must be 15 years or older.

The amendments ensure the Government of Canada complies with the North American Free Trade Agreement and continues its cooperative relationship with Mexico. Amendments to the Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations will need to be implemented in order to enable importation of used vehicles from Mexico. It is estimated that it will take between one and two years to complete these amendments. Environment Canada will also need to make amendments to its emissions regulations.
