Rally-Cross@ ASE 08.01

Even tho there has not been much snow the annual Rally-Cross event took place at the Autodrome over the weekend. I was not even sure if the event was going to take place since there was so little snow but I headed out to the track to see if there an rally action taking place. Im glad I did because the event ended up being really good with a different track layout then usual it was really fun to watch the cars rip around on the snow/ice.



Its cool to see daily driver cars as well as purpose built rally cars compete at this event.



Kia rally car?...lol With the icy conditions the lack of power actually help it put down some good times..


An other way to get fast time despite the ice was to drive where ever there was some snow..even if it was right against the wall.


Ice..plus 1.8t = understeer.


Speaking of understeer..lol


The event is always fun to watch ( and free) I hope we get some more snow so they can hold a few more events this winter..

C'est parce que le Rally Defi, ça arrive une fois par année, en septembre, et ça dure 3 jours. C'est pour ça qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup d'updates sur le site.
Je vais essayer de retrouver le site qui parle vraiment de tous les événements de Rally au Canada.

c'était la porte d'entrée vers le rallye de performance.

les conditions du surface etait merdeux pour 1 roue motrice..
..I had to try and prove HONDA dominates!

je dira que jetait bien au matin pour que je roulait/mon experience,
..a partir du SS5 (quickest time for a 2RM/FWD) was trouble..
