So do any of you take pre workout supplements? Like supercharge ,1MR etc.
If so , which one? and is there any natural (none caffeine) pre sups you would recommend?

Only caffeine free one is xpand by dynamatize and its OK, took it cause was working out later at night and wanted to sleep not really worth it imo. Ive tried allot of pre workout and have to say jacked 3D is one the best, also liked no-xplode by BSN and assault by muscle pharm it really depends on the person and your tolerance to stimulants. Just don't take them every work out so your body dosent get used to them and become less effective.

Why do you have a problem with caffeine?

I dont have time to eat great all the time, and I work alot and dont sleep much so at the end of the day I need that extra boost...
1MR: The old one was great before they made it illegal, my favorite pre work out to date
Jack3d: Similar to one MR but not quite the same punch, was good but wouldnt buy it again
Hemo Rush: Awesome suppliment, kicks in instantly and provided that great extra pump, only draw back was it had a fat burner in it and I'd need to shit my brains out after 20 minutes.
Xpand: Terrible, killed my appetite, gave me stomach cramps, made me shit all the time
Bluerage: Garabge dont feel anything and makes my mouth blue

It might be a waste of money to some. But for me, seriously, it works damn well !
I get this crazy rush and tunnel vision on most days when I use some pre-workouts. Some work much better, some less.

Ok let's do this again...
99% of you guys are working out in the afternoon or evening.
Pre-workout products makes you feel more "powerfull" and awake. Of course since it's full of caffeine and taurine, but sold to you at a higher price than intakes you could take from coffee or tea or even some so called energy drinks (energy drinks of course are total crap and you should avoid these any day of the week).
So let's say your hearth is at 40% while beginning training all natural. With a pre-workout you'll jump at 70% without doing anything. (just example numbers). You have less range with your hearth with a pre workout. You are already pumping up, so unless you have a superman hearth, you should hit your maximum with less effort since an external substance is already raising your heartbeat.
Now, you finished training, around or after diner (souper) but you still have at least 10 hours of remaining effects of your pre workout in your system. Where does that lead you? In your sleep of course... while most of you junkies are pumping caffeine daily enough to be resistant and be able to sleep on the effects, caffeine still prevents you from getting a deeper sleep. Deep sleep is the only way to generate muscle while sleeping, so you are just fooling yourself into productivity.
Also, pre-workouts, with stimulants, tend to lessen your appetite. Again a counter productive effect.
And there's the few other side effects of course..
Just eat right, stop the sugar, salts and cut the fat stuff and get your mental do it's job while training.

with pre-workout im using (assault) i can definitly blast past the plateau i was stuck at. anything that helps you lift heavier will make you build muscle no matter what you say. of course you gotta keep everything else in check like macronutrients, sleep etc.

the problem with stimulants is that they raise cortisol levels, a catabolic compound...
use sparingly
in life there are pu$$ies, d1cks, and @ssholes.
i'm a d1ck, as much of an @sshole you might think i am.

I tried a few of these stuff, the only one that really works is jacked ! No doubt. The first time you see the scoop sizes yu will be like wtf .
