Wrong. Driving is a privilege. You have to be in good mental and physical condition to do it. Every time you drive, you risk other peoples' life (reckless driving being just more risky). If you can't drive and your job is too far away, you can always move closer to your job and take the bus, or change job. Plus, if you get your license suspended, you can always ask for a limited driving license, that is only valid on your working schedule.
Ticket911, as well as other companies in this market, are present because there is money to do, because government is finding more and more ways to pay for its incapacity to manage our taxes. I believe you can defend your very own person in court if a mistake was done by the law officer arresting you. If you want to go fast or want to see the capacity of your new car, heck you can go to a track nearby, pay a small amount of money and do it safely, with an instructor beside you. If you are not brilliant enough to do it, you might deserve the ticket.
IMO,it should not be possible to contest a driving under the influence of alcohol (or other drugs) ticket. No mater how much you pay. But where there's money, there will be people to take it!
