jusqu'au milieu des annees 90 , disons la decennie 85-95 , le "sport compact" etait la designation d'une version sportive d'un petit vehicule a majorite du temps bas de gamme le meilleur exemple etant un golf gti ou un colt turbo et au debut 90's on a vu des vehicules qui etaient carrement un modele a part au lieu d'une version on eu le label sport compact, l'integra etant l'exemple parfait
la rx7 la Eagle talon c'etait des "sport cars" au meme titre qu'un mustang un camaro
la 240 sx etait a la limite entre un sport cars et un sport compact, pas vraiment un vrai char sport pas une version sportive compacte courante non plus

Il faut noter que ca n'était pas la GS-R mais bien la GS qui était testée, la GS-R coutant aussi cher qu'une 5.0L c'était pas le meilleur "bang for the buck" a l'époque

So true. Cant believe My MR2 didn't make it back then.lol. But hey, look at the prices ppl are selling classics like MR2's, 240's and Celica's now-a-days.. Its crazy. Crap like the geo metro, ford probe & dogde daytona, cant even be found on any roads.lol. Pure Junkers!! But I get where there coming from though. Those ares were too damn expensive back then for the average joe

I owned an MX-3 for around 7 years, it was a great car to drive around with and it was fun. I still think a clean MX-3 GS looks good today but they are getting harder and harder to find now a days, back in the mid 2000's I sware they were everywhere!
I had a 93 GS with a V6, I later swappedi n the 2.5L KLZE and that thing was pretty darn quick for the size of the car, enough power to have fun trust me.
