A place to go at least once and did the fois gras so well that every time I order fois gras at other places... I'm left disappointed. (I don't think fois gras is on the tasting menu anymore).
Once you have the $100 tasting menu... their gimmick is up. I wouldn't be able to eat there on a regular basis.

Another option that I did with my wife is to do the cooking lessons before you eat!

We got there around 2pm and did all the stations (dessert, meats, etc) helping the various cooks prepare food and after we ate the food! Fun experience for a couple.
