It was now the turn of the Skyline GTR to get a detail. Honestly, the car being tracked and silver, it was not worth it to go anymore than a 1-step. Not to mention the super thin paint on the trunk.
Obviously the car has been repainted, but still look great. Not much orange peel so it was good news for the owner:
Initial condition:
So a member on here decided to give him a hand with the polish on his hood after getting it repainted. Beeing a silver car, hologram/buffer trail
don’t show too much but the eyes of an expert like me can easily spot these defect:
Notice the haze surrounding the led light, that’s buffer trail.
And notice how clear the reflection is after my polish:
The wax of choice for this detail was Definitive wax Number One:
