jews are worse than animals, don't worry. If I had to pick between saving a jew, muslim or black guy from a fire, I would choose the black guy.

did I rustle your muslim jimmies?

What the FUCK?
you are clearly the kind person who can't intellectually make a difference between a race and a religion!

The black guy you're saving is probably Jewish and more chances he is christian or muslim.

So who's been slaying Palestinians since 1967 to 2007 ? Clearly Hamas wasn't there . I fact it's 1947 to present but well go with the first one .

3 possibility's with ur league/intelligence . U either have none , are in major denial and/or straight up lying . That's it thats all . Israel is killing people and u manage to come up with excuses and reasons to justify it . U cannot be taken seriously...

Slaying? lol

You're knowledge of history is really poor.

Way more Palestinians have been killed in the two other places they live, Lebanon and Jordan, than have been killed in Israel. Actually in one week Jordan managed to kill more than twice as many Palestinians than have been killed in Israel since 1967, 20,000 to be exact... in one week, but all you knuckleheads are crying at 850 in 3 weeks, because jews.

You are proving that you don't give a shit about Palestinians unless Israel has something to do with it.

Palestinians have been the victim of Horrible leadership for the last 66 years. Just like EVERY other arab country... See the pattern?

since 2001 there has been 28 fatalities from rocket fire in 13 YEARS. Take that into perspective.. there were 313 raffic related deaths in 2013.. i think you have a bigger issue there than the actual rocket fire..

In 18 days there's been what 650+ civilians killed? This is a truely disportionate attack and Israel's only creating itself more enemies.

America backed the Apartheid in South Africa until the world woke up and finally gave in.. samething will happen regarding Israel. The right wing government in place DOES NOT want peace.. they want to steal more land from Palestinians as you can see by the stalled peace process and continuous approval of settlements in occupied territories.

Actually in the last 14 years there have been 28 from rockets, but over 1000 from suicide bombings and kidnappings. When the west bank barrier was finished suicide bombings went down, what was it? almost 100%

And there are low israeli casualties from rockets because Israel invested its money in defending the population while Hamas chose to build 200 tunnels and fancy hotels and expensive real estate for all the leaders OUTSIDE of gaza, yes all of the Hamas's leaders are chilling on a beach somewhere near their multi million dollar houses..

One of the captured Hamas operatives spoke during an interrogation in exchange for a lighter sentence. The plan was to send hundreds of militants through the tunnels on rosh hashannah, and kill/kidnap as many people from kibbutzim around gaza as possible, then hold them in exchange for more land, money yada yada. And i believe this because they've tried that before.

This is a big part of the ground invasion, to prevent that and destroy the tunnels, also Hamas is continuously firing rockets. You know instead of building those tunnels they could have built shelters for people or military bunkers specifically for Hamas, away from the city.

et laisser crever les religieuse?

Cute but no.

Whatever, no progress can be made in this conflict until Israel clearly put a stop to all colonization effort and any form of expropriation of land.

It's pathetic to see that you are even against this basic condition.

lol evo got excuses for day.. this whole operation started to stop rocket attacks.. its DISPORPORTIONATE dont you agree? how many civilians have died vs 28 casualties in 13 years from rocket attacks? Mean while over 5000 palestinians have died during this time.. whose the real terrorist? I'll anwser that one for you.. Israel.

I'm against re writing history and im against Hamas. im for moving forward. I'm also against a two state solution, i think it will ruin Palestine and Israel. Without the Israeli army guarding the borders Palestine will crumble, Isis will get in, or another group and it will be just like Iraq or any other arab country but much worse. Without the west bank israel is in defensible. And believe it or not, they need to defend themselves. This conflict will not be resolved for atleast another 20 years. Hamas needs to go, Fatah should be running gaza, and eventually, with a boost in education and properly managed foreign aid, i think we'll see a less religious, 1 state solution. it's gonna take a long time though.

No.. Hamas. Have you not read their charter? they've been caught in the last few days alone multiple times hiding rockets in schools and shooting from hospitals and ambulances.

Just because israel has very low casualties(due to spending money in the right areas) doesn't mean hamas should be able to fire rockets at them whenever they please. Last time i was there, there were two rockets a day, that went un reported in the news, two times a day most of the 8 million people living in Israel have to stop whatever they're doing, and run to a shelter, stop on the highway and run to a wall etc etc.

With the money Hamas spent on tunnels, rockets, their pockets and hotels they could have built the infrastructure necessary to have the highest standard of living of any arab country in the area, with tons of bomb shelters if need be. The blockade would be lifted by Israel and EGYPT as well if this were the case.

Stop with the bullshit, there was on school that they found.. meanwhile Israel has attacked how many UNWRA designated safe locations? Over 10 and counting.. countless killed and injured (unluckily for IDF there are UN staff killed.. Palestinian life doesnt matter much for them but a foreigner will surely garner headlines / inquiries). Anytime Israel Fucks up and attacks a civilian place.. guess what comes out of their mouth? Human shields. You have got to be kidding me.. people are watching their people blown to pieces and you're going to tell me their standing there as human shields? You have no real facts on the ground on whats going on in Gaza as you do not care.. You have not once had remorse for any loss of life so far.. and Israel's are enjoying the theatrical that the IDF is putting up. Lets just say, keep it up.. these days are numbered the world is watching and Israel WILL be held accountable. You can only play the victim card so much before the truth comes out

Boohoo.. meanwhile you are systematically cleansing and forcing a population to starve.. cutting off water supplies electricity.. mobiles. Gazans cannot move any where because of the blockage Israel imposes.

Another propaganda piece.. it doesnt take much to dig tunnels.. just a couple shovels FYI. ISRAEL didnt even know these tunnels exists (big intelligence fail) and now all of a sudden have estimates on how much money was spent? Propaganda keep spewing bs.

A couple of shovels?! some of the tunnels are almost 3 kilometers long, and are all completely lined with cement. they're up to 50 feet below ground, most are more than 7 feet high and 3 feet wide they have electricity and lighting as well. there are over 200 of them. 30 have been found

Yes they know how much money was spent they examined the tunnels and did an estimate on the infrastructure required to build them.

and yes indeed it is a huge intelligence fail

Mickey Rosenfield who is the Israel Police spokesperson just denied any HAMAS envolvement in the kidnapping of the three israeli settlers.

So this whole gaza war was launched on false lies.. why am I not surprised.

now let me guess, you'll claim Hamas fired rockets? Thats because Israel has ILLEGALLY detained several hundred Palestinians for no reason without any chance of them getting out.

Israel claims that its current and past wars against the Palestinian population in Gaza have been in response to rocket fire. Empirical evidence from 2008, 2012 and 2014 refute that claim. First, according to Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the greatest reduction of rocket fire came through diplomatic rather than military means. This chart demonstrates the correlation between Israel’s military attacks upon the Gaza Strip and Hamas militant activity. Hamas rocket fire increases in response to Israeli military attacks and decreases in direct correlation to them. Cease-fires have brought the greatest security to the region.

During the four months of the Egyptian-negotiated cease-fire in 2008, Palestinian militants reduced the number of rockets to zero or single digits from the Gaza Strip. Despite this relative security and calm, Israel broke the cease-fire to begin the notorious aerial and ground offensive that killed 1,400 Palestinians in twenty-two days. In November 2012, Israel’s extrajudicial assassination of Ahmad Jabari, the chief of Hamas’s military wing in Gaza, while he was reviewing terms for a diplomatic solution, again broke the cease-fire that precipitated the eight-day aerial offensive that killed 132 Palestinians.

mmediately preceding Israel’s most recent operation, Hamas rocket and mortar attacks did not threaten Israel. Israel deliberately provoked this war with Hamas. Without producing a shred of evidence, it accused the political faction of kidnapping and murdering three settlers near Hebron. Four weeks and almost 700 lives later, Israel has yet to produce any evidence demonstrating Hamas’s involvement. During ten days of Operation Brother’s Keeper in the West Bank, Israel arrested approximately 800 Palestinians without charge or trial, killed nine civilians and raided nearly 1,300 residential, commercial and public buildings. Its military operation targeted Hamas members released during the Gilad Shalit prisoner exchange in 2011. It’s these Israeli provocations that precipitated the Hamas rocket fire to which Israel claims left it with no choice but a gruesome military operation.

Now your gonna say.. Israel avoids civilian casualties, but Hamas aims to kill civilians.

Hamas has crude weapons technology that lacks any targeting capability. As such, Hamas rocket attacks ipso facto violate the principle of distinction because all of its attacks are indiscriminate. This is not contested. Israel, however, would not be any more tolerant of Hamas if it strictly targeted military objects, as we have witnessed of late. Israel considers Hamas and any form of its resistance, armed or otherwise, to be illegitimate.

In contrast, Israel has the eleventh most-powerful military in the world, certainly the strongest by far in the Middle East, and is a nuclear power that has not ratified the non-proliferation agreement and has precise weapons technology. With the use of drones, F-16s and an arsenal of modern weapon technology, Israel has the ability to target single individuals and therefore to avoid civilian casualties. But rather than avoid them, Israel has repeatedly targeted civilians as part of its military operations.

The Dahiya Doctrine is central to these operations and refers to Israel’s indiscriminate attacks on Lebanon in 2006. Major General Gadi Eizenkot said that this would be applied elsewhere:

What happened in the Dahiya quarter of Beirut in 2006 will happen in every village from which Israel is fired on…. We will apply disproportionate force on it and cause great damage and destruction there. From our standpoint, these are not civilian villages, they are military bases.

Israel has kept true to this promise. The 2009 UN Fact-Finding Mission to the Gaza Conflict, better known as the Goldstone Mission, concluded “from a review of the facts on the ground that it witnessed for itself that what was prescribed as the best strategy [Dahiya Doctrine] appears to have been precisely what was put into practice.”

According to the National Lawyers Guild, Physicians for Human Rights-Israel, Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International, Israel directly targeted civilians or recklessly caused civilian deaths during Operation Cast Lead. Far from avoiding civilian deaths, Israel effectively considers them as legitimate targets.

Now your gonna say.. Hamas hides its weapons in homes, mosques and schools and uses human shields.

This is arguably one of Israel’s most insidious claims, because it blames Palestinians for their own death and deprives them of even their victimhood. Israel made the same argument in its war against Lebanon in 2006 and in its war against Palestinians in 2008. Notwithstanding its military cartoon sketches, Israel has yet to prove that Hamas has used civilian infrastructure to store military weapons. The two cases where Hamas indeed stored weapons in UNRWA schools, the schools were empty. UNRWA discovered the rockets and publicly condemned the violation of its sanctity.

International human rights organizations that have investigated these claims have determined that they are not true. It attributed the high death toll in Israel’s 2006 war on Lebanon to Israel’s indiscriminate attacks. Human Rights Watch notes:

The evidence Human Rights Watch uncovered in its on-the-ground investigations refutes [Israel’s] argument…we found strong evidence that Hezbollah stored most of its rockets in bunkers and weapon storage facilities located in uninhabited fields and valleys, that in the vast majority of cases Hezbollah fighters left populated civilian areas as soon as the fighting started, and that Hezbollah fired the vast majority of its rockets from pre-prepared positions outside villages.

In fact, only Israeli soldiers have systematically used Palestinians as human shields. Since Israel’s incursion into the West Bank in 2002, it has used Palestinians as human shields by tying young Palestinians onto the hoods of their cars or forcing them to go into a home where a potential militant may be hiding.

Even assuming that Israel’s claims were plausible, humanitarian law obligates Israel to avoid civilian casualties that “would be excessive in relation to the concrete and direct military advantage anticipated.” A belligerent force must verify whether civilian or civilian infrastructure qualifies as a military objective. In the case of doubt, “whether an object which is normally dedicated to civilian purposes, such as a place of worship, a house or other dwelling or a school, is being used to make an effective contribution to military action, it shall be presumed not to be so used.”

In the over thee weeks of its military operation, Israel has demolished 3,175 homes, at least a dozen with families inside; destroyed five hospitals and six clinics; partially damaged sixty-four mosques and two churches; partially to completely destroyed eight government ministries; injured 4,620; and killed over 700 Palestinians. At plain sight, these numbers indicate Israel’s egregious violations of humanitarian law, ones that amount to war crimes.

Beyond the body count and reference to law, which is a product of power, the question to ask is, What is Israel’s end goal? What if Hamas and Islamic Jihad dug tunnels beneath the entirety of the Gaza Strip—they clearly did not, but let us assume they did for the sake of argument. According to Israel’s logic, all of Gaza’s 1.8 million Palestinians are therefore human shields for being born Palestinian in Gaza. The solution is to destroy the 360-kilometer square strip of land and to expect a watching world to accept this catastrophic loss as incidental. This is possible only by framing and accepting the dehumanization of Palestinian life. Despite the absurdity of this proposal, it is precisely what Israeli society is urging its military leadership to do. Israel cannot bomb Palestinians into submission, and it certainly cannot bomb them into peace.

MEANWHILE Israel is bombing UNRWA schools which are designated 'safe places for Palestinians to evacuate' continually and have killed innocent civilians UN staff journalists, ambulances.. it doesnt stop.

you can find my answers to your BS copy Paste from TheNation.

Im not gonna address or rebuke every paragraph of your bible up there because i am simply to lazy to debate reality to that extent on the internet.

someone aware me why it's supposed to belong to jews? or why is it supposed to belong to Palestinians

It Belongs to both.

But not to zionists, not to israel, a criminal state made by UK and US as a present for the holocaust.

It belongs to the jewish of Palestine who lived there for decades in peace with christians and muslims , not to immigrants, settlers that came from diffrent countries of the world, Russia, poland, austria, US, north africa, not the ethiopian falashas etc.

The actual gouvernement of Israel is a nest of extremists.

To become a citizen, you don't need to live ONE fucking DAY in israel, it takes that you are a jewish and thats it you're welcome, we have enough bombs to erase any palestinian house (with it's people inside) and setup a brand new condo for you just bring you're ass.

Strategy of israel, BOMB that shit, no more people, erase and create a new settlement
