I see the basic econocard membership for $10 a month ($120/year) seems to offer:
- Access to over 50 cardiovascular machines, a wide range of strength training machines and free weights (5-75 pounds)
- Access to the 30 minute express circuit
- Unlimited virtual group fitness classes
- Unlimited virtual indoor cycling classes
- Unlimited access to your center
Platinum adds various other features including
- Unlimited use of hydro massage bed
- Unlimited use of massage chairs , etc.
The idea of having access to new weight training and cardio machines for just $10 a month for the econocard membership would appeal to people who have said that gym memberships were too expensive and therefore they didn't go. However I don't see info about the availability or cost of showers, nor personal trainers. I mention personal trainers because I searched on youtube and found an amateur video from some Russian? guy doing a tour of one of their gyms and you see a woman, presumably a beginner, struggling with form on a weight machine. I do see they offer virtual training by way of video screen in a designated room...has someone here tried it?
