Anyone put a 325 in a 318 ?

it ain't like honda dude, it's not a direct bolt on

It's not hard, but it's probably a lot more expensive than you might think. There are lots of parts you'd need to change (ECU, wiring harness, tranny, various mounts, etc.). Much more expensive and involved than, say, a Honda engine transplant.

In the end, it's cheaper and easier to just sell the 318 and buy a 325. E36's are pretty cheap and readily available nowadays.
