hey People whats up, Tony Here.

I'm seeking advice on different coilover setups.

I have a 2004 TSX. currently I have NeuSpeed race springs on.
2.25" front and 1.75"rear.

the car rides fantastic, the front is flush, but there is abit of gap in the rear. I was VERy temped to cut the rear springs to get the tucked look, but backed out from fear that it would mess up the balance of the car.

If any remember I had the LavaOrange Mazda 3. I cut all four springs on a set of progress technology springs, it work out perfect and the car was tucked all around.

I'm very temped to buy the Tein Basic Coilovers for the TSX, this would solve this problem. it would come to about $1,100 taxes in. plus intallation.

But I also noticed on ebay, a set of Skunk2 coilovers for much more cheap, like only $300. they would go over the stock shocks, and allow me to adjust up to 3" which would be sick. but from who've I've asked all suggested against that setup.

anyways what do you think

Thanks
Tony.

No get the Tein's !

The skunk 2 are probably fake in my opinion all adjustables are the same unless you buy a coiloverkit such as the tein anything else is crap!

tein basics are garbage.

also, if you just get 3 inch lowering springs on stock shocks, you will blow them.

if you are willing to spend more, i suggest something along the lines of tein flex.

Make sure you are getting a Coil Over system and NOT a sleeve kit...

Sleeve kits are crap and ususally tend to crack( the sleeve)..

Personnaly, I hear Tein's are stiff..

check out D2's if they make for you car...
