Hey whats up,

I've noticed when someone needed help with a photoshop, they posted a thread for help.

I'm considering putting on a carbon fiber front lip, with the 2 little rods.
AND
putting a flat black vinyl on my hood to give some contrast. on the TSX hood there is a crease which tappers down like a V down to the grill, I would only cover that.

here is a recent pic of my car to work with and an example pic of what I was looking to do.

it would be greatly appreciated to get an idea of how this would look.

I do appreciate your opinion.

of the 2 add-ons I will most likely do the flat black vinyl on the hood. the carbon fiber lip was secondary, besides I could only find Universal type lips, that turned me off somewhat.

well if someone doesn't mind to do the photoshop still that would be great.

get a real carbon hood, and only paint the outer part, leave the V in carbon, it would look nice, and actually be usefull in saving weight

nah i dont find it looks good. your car has a big luxury sedan look. and you're wanting to give it a sporty race car style look.

Holly Shit, RafStar. at first glance that almost looks real!! sick job man.

I know everyone has their owns tastes, But I really like that, dont know why. as soon as I saw it, I smilled right away.

I cant beleive how almost real that looks.

that well done makes me want to go for it. shit now you're going to make me spend Cash LOL.

yo DRock.. that shit would be banana's.. siiiiiick*tu* doo-wit!.. if id put a lip after my buddy club 2 bumper.. id scraip a nice level strret, imagine.. buddy club 2 is looooow en crisse
 
I say don't do it Tony, the farthest i would go is a carbon fiber hood. but only because the black and white match nice.

The lip... i don't know.. it might scream rice.

The headlights.. rockblocker sells some tints for that, though i eventually plan on getting JDM headlights which have cleared/greayed corners...though they are pricey.

Either way, car looks great as usual! GO WHITE TSX'S GO!
 
C'est vrm nice sur ton char, en passant Rock je t'ai vu l'autre jour a st-eustache direction autodrome sur arthur-sauvé, ton char est vrm clean! Et en passant ... va falloir tu regarde si sa rentre dans tes finances :p
 
hey Tony, ur ride is sweet. keep it like that! i guess u want to inject some sportiness. the front carbon lip with the 2 little rods is cool, but i'm not sure about the black vinyl, leave the hood as is, or put in a carbon fiber hood.

i disagree with one of the earlier posts, it mentioned it would be rice if u put on the lip. no not at all! but if u put on some vinyl flames, a big ass wing,etc then yes!
 
I say do it because it looks good and the most important thing : it looks different

but only if you go with darker rims ...
if you keep everything the same .. keep it all white, its cleaner
 
I like both, especially the painted carbon fiber hood.

But the lip, I would go for one without the small two metal bars. TSX has class and understated style; I would keep it along those lines.

ya man I appreciate all the different comments.

A lip with no rods would probably look better.

for the moment before the winter falls in, I'll get the flat black vinyl installed. already got quotes etc.. from one of my clients. not expensive.

it will be on for the SCP show. If all goes through, Im going to have a Financial Advice booth there.

as for the lip, I'll look into this next year and probably have to go custom. as there is no part specifically made for the TSX. Otherwise I'll have to find a Universal lip which im not too keen on.

ya it would sure look different. as it is, Ive already put enough cash into the car and its only a lease. thats the disease for you.

Have you seen the Luciani F1 Honda TSX? is was on crescent during grand prix week. Nonetheless, if you go to Luciani Acura on Jean Talon, you can see it there. the entire top half of the car is covered in black vinyl. Can call it the Panda TSX. It's not bad, i believe they had it done at Sticky graphics.
