Yeah, they might as well get shot in the head ramming into someone's house.. they're freggin paid for that !!! Being a cop shouldn't be a job where you sit on your fat ass and the biggest risk you take on your day is going out of your car to buy a goddam doughnut (which woman cop don't do anyways, cause it's "full of calories")!
I'm sorry, but cops are full of crap. I work in parks, and I can tell you that I have to work with them often enough. They're totally unreliable, they're disorganized, they never intervene on time, they never show up when you need em and they always show up when you DON'T need em.
I mean christ, they're supposedly paid to protect us ! I'd go further with that, they're supposed to SERVE US ! (based on their motto at least). So what's the damn point of serving US tickets while hiding in the most probable spots where people will speed (because of physical elements, or because you're simply in a damn field with no one around for the next 1000 kilometers and you're forced to do 50k because some asshat decided so), when really, they're supposed to be protecting US! They bust parents who do 55 on a boulevard because they're in a hurry to bring theirchilds to school, but they don't bust the asshats who drived stoned and drunk, who street race civics (and who loose their pipes in the middle of the higway, which actually is a threat to our safety). I have nothing against people doing 130 on the highway, or people doing 80k on a boulevard, if they do it in a safe way (i.e not crossing all the 6 lanes at once and cutting the other cars off by an inch). Some people are speeding, but dangerously. Those should be busted. And like i said, the cops, they're not out there fighting the gangs (which is undeniably a growing problem), or trying to clean up the streets, which they should be doing. Hey, they've proven themselves so useless, the biker gangs are even coming together again !
Anyways, I'll stop my whining, but if I were a cop, I'd be ashamed of myself.
