18'' wheels + tires

So I'm selling 18'' wheels, 5*112, offset is 35. They're silver with machined lip. The tires are Pirelli P-Zero 245-45-R18. The wheels are in mint condition. They're on my S430 but want to switch to 20''. Asking 1300 neg. For pictures, check out this link :

They should fit MKV's too, right? I know the bolt pattern does but I'm not sure of the offset.
