R32 Skyline GTR/GTST Daily Driver?

i'd love to own a gti-r for the winter... it must be an ultimate winter beater

i'd just rust proof it at dura-tech and park it outdoors... or if i bring it in the garage i'd rinse the car off.

this winter i'll be starting the body work on my car so i obviously wont be driving it... and naturally i'd want to preserve the condition of my car so no i won't be driving it in the following winters... and to those of you who think i'm a... ahem... "faggot asshole"... (even tho u have winter beater yourselves... lol... please) well... frankly i dont give a **** wut idiots like that think

and no. most of part in japan don't snow like it does over here. they don't use calcium.
 
dont buy a skyline as a first car... you will get owned... go for a wrx... or something easier but funny

i have a beater because i have too many parts on my summer car that makes it inoperable in the winter, plus i couldnt get the money i wanted for my other s14 so i kept it as a beater.

It's a waste to ruin a nice Skyline in our winters. (I point out the word "nice") I rather have mint car for 10 years and only drive it 8 months out of the year then have a mint car for 2 years and a rusty shitbox for 8 years and drive it 12 months.

I was chillin with a few guys today, and Keep It Sideways knocked some sense into me. I guess you guys are right. Its a pretty stiff ride too, (lowered) and i would rather have a car that i could rely upon (better then a 15 year old car).

Thanks for alll your input and comments, but dont count me out, ill get one of these cars someday. I saw Insani's s14 today , pretty nice, i never considered that. *tu*

Don't get insaini's car either... you don't seem to understand what it is to drive a powerful car. Its all shits and giggles on the highway but then you'll start pushing it on curvy roads or better yet in the rain. Even a stock S14 gets loose as hell in the rain. Start stock, get to know the car, theres no need to impress your buddies with 300whp.

paul's s14 is nice but it's just a moderately modded blacktop sr.... sr's aren't that fast... as long as the guy goes through the normal learning curve of feeling out the car and doesn't go balls out on the first corner he does lol... he should be fine imo

i never found my car difficult to drive :dunno:

oh, i didn't see that he was a new driver... in that case maybe it might be giving a child a loaded gun...

young drivers tend to want to be race car drivers and when giving a moderately fast car and no driving experience that might be a recipe for disaster

u can still do it but just keep urself in check and learn the car... and learn to drive!!!

And i never said anything about getting Pauls car, i just said its sick, and maybe down the road id consider getting one.
