So the problem is i work out on my biceps, both arms equally, I can flex my right arm like any one else can, but my left arm, I cant flex it.. Cant get any muscle to show..
simple question... can you lift light weights? I have no professional knowledge...but I think you should try to lift the lightest weight possible for you... and lift what you should lift....and maybe...stop training that other arm.... I might be completely wrong....you'll probably get some answers from other "trainers" here.
