I also heard quickmass and mammoth were good. I'll be on muscle juice once I get my order from bb.com
 
dont think youll gain it in 4 months

take your time and gain it progressivly and work out hard


also try and eat like a pig(eat every 3 hours)

Scrap ! Muscle Juice is not good. Too much carbs for proteins ratio. MutantMass by PVC is a good product and good tasting (vanilla). The carbs/proteins ratio is better.

To gain muscle you need to sleep, eat caseine (cottage cheese) before bed, eat a super good breakfast (eggs, oatmeal and lots of carbs) and stop doing too much cardio workout.

Youll gain your 30 lbs in a heartbeat. Enjoy.
 
I've tried both Muscle Juice and Mutant Mass. No problems with either product.
Muscle juice IS loaded with more carbs but it's a weight gainer so who cares?!

Mutant Mass is great because you can get the 15 lb bag (as opposed to a 10 lb bucket of Muscle Juice). I did however notice that the scoop supplied with the product is about 1.5 times bigger than the one you get with Muscle Juice. In terms of proportions you're not exactly benefiting from that extra 5 lbs...
 
Weight gainers are mostly just full of carbs, primarily sugar and empty calories. You'll gain a lot more benefits, especially health ones by eating actual foods, 3 core meals filled with the essentials plus small meals in between, you should be eating 5-6 times a day at least. Weight gainer will just make you put on fat, I doubt you're that desperate for the extra weight that you want it to be fat.

Hit the gym and your hunger will rise, just make sure you eat at least 500 extra calories a day than what your body requires to maintain its weight and you'll gain 1lb a week, don't rush putting on weight cause it'll just make you sick and nauseous cause your system isn't used to all the extra intake. And make sure you get your sleep like others have said. You can't rush it, the benefits of doing it slowly and properly far outweigh those of trying to gain 30lbs in as soon a time frame as possible.
 
Weight gainers work. Period.

Not everyone can eat enough to fuel massive gains. Weight gainers will allow you to get enough calories to do so.

As for being full of sugar... Not really. Look at Quickmass, out of 169g of carbs only 25g is sugar. That's NOTHING. I don't know what you're talking about when you say they're loaded with sugar.

Actually if you look carefully 1 scoop of MM is 2 servings. You have to keep a ratio of carbs/proteins and muscle juice is simply out of it.
 
Ok i gained a little over 10% of my body mass in 3 months
the road is NOT easy
it will make you want to die some days.
you will puke sometimes after meals but if you are dedicated, you are dedicated

First off. 12-15 meals a day. I dont give a shit what you say do or work. YOU EAT A MINIMUM of every 2 hours. Yes its not easy, No we dont have alot of time but thats the key to success.
Secondly: Milk, Down milk like there is no tomorrow. ur thirsty? Drink milk! ur not thirsty? Too ****ing bad drink more milk, make it a habit. I had a timer on every 15 minutes i had to take a sip. Yes i puked it up sometimes doesnt matter i did it again and again.

Now Key meals will be breakfast and Pre-Bed
Breakfast should be composed of Whole steal cut oats along with Egg whites (protein shake maybe) and vitamins.
Pre-Bed MUST MUST MUST have cottage cheese in it. At my peak id wake up at 3 am and have a second serving of cassein (shake, yogurt, cottage cheese)

the rest of the meals youll have to work out the right ratios and ur tastes

Work out i reccomend you search Rippetoe . Great program with great results and bulk factor quick. Hope this all helps.

Then go lift big weights and sleep a lot.

This is actually correct.




Before you sleep consume at LEAST 1200 calories Make sure there are a ton of carbs in the food you eat.


Next morning wake up and go to the gym, minimal cardio, Heavy weights.



Rinse repeat.
 
I highly doubt the guy wants to pack on 20lbs of fat so its pretty terrible advice to be telling the guy to cram his face before bed. Your body doesn't burn the same amount sugars/fat/calories at night so that's all going to be stored as fat.

Its not really healthy to try and put on more than 1-2lbs a week cause anymore means you're mostly putting on fat. Just think about it, you know a lot of people putting on 80lbs of muscle a year? So how would it be realistic to think you can gain that much weight each week and its good weight. So big nix on the people trying to make it sound like he should be living to eat. As long as you increase your daily intake by 500-1000 calories you will gain 1-2lbs a week, mixed in with exercise this is a good combination.

Quickmass, i gained 20 pounds 170-190 after i finished the container. Then I got gasto and lost alot but it worked. While drinking this stuff I lost my appetite and never was hungry..

Yeah man I also drink Mutant Masss (Gainer) and I'm never hungry!
I always eat like a bird when I drink these but they still are worth 1000 calories without milk.

Cause only people who compete should be having on and off seasons? I highly doubt the guy intends on eating skinless chicken and sweet potatoes everyday after he gains tons of weight.
