There is a lot of review on the product. I didn't tried it yet, but I'm now taking nanoVapor which is in the same supplement categorie. Basically, you will feel a good boost, more energy and you'll probably lift more if you take the product about 15min before workout. You'll feel a a good pump with this too.
You got to try it to see the effect on your workout. But from what I read on a lot of forum, NO-Xplode, nanoVapor and Animal Pump are the most used pre-workout supplement. You have more concentration, more energy, well you'll have better results with the use of this product.
But it doesn't do the same for everyone, some need 1 scoop, some need 3 and some may just not feel the pump or anything, so as I said earlier, you got to try it to see the effect on you and see if it's worth it.
In fact, if you use this product, you'll have more energy so you can do more cardio, lift heavier and eventually lose some fat and build muscle instead.
