6'3" | 230 pounds

I was 245 pounds six months ago and now I'm looking to lose another 10 pounds by August so that I look good in Cancun.

Getting a bit skinny in my opinion,i truly feel i lost muscle(i didn't race this year on my bike!neither did i pratice)

Gotta start racing,the bike is at the shop i predict feeling ****ing good once i get back on it.I got big bones so i really need to get muscles,on the side of my father they're all small,bones and muscles,but on my mom's side they have big bones and muscles,my grand dad had a 6 pack on a picture and he was like 60 LOL.

But yes i am happy,the only time i wasn't was when i had 12 13 years old and i got chubby and i was like 5 foot 5 lol.I remember,i was on the bike track i stopped to take a breath,wipped my forehead full of sweat wth my t-shirt,saw my fat stomach,tried not to cry lol thinking about how it was still fat when i was biking every god damn day,i didn't understand :dunno:

it's all about the metabolism and puberty, you're lucky. I destroyed my knee's in around 15 for my right knee and 18 for my left knee, totally killed my lifestyle of being active, I used to train everyday cause i wanted to go into strongman competitons like hugo girard but unfortunately i wasn't able to walk properly for a good 4-5 years,never mind life weights.. my knee's have finally gotten better at around 19ish, im 21 now doing decent.. still overweight but im in no rush, it takes time and I know it.
