LF: new Cell plan! Help!

hey guys
i am currently with rogers, and my plan has finally expired. I dont mind switching providers, as long as i keep my phone number.
my current plan is:
35$
200 minutes daytime
nights free after 6
NO TXT MSGS OMFG
call id/voicemail

this plan sucks big time since i always end up paying 50$ cause of txts and going over minutes cause people call me all the freggin time

if you can hook me up to something better, please let me know!
